This page is for people who use the meter.me app or the meter.me installer app, both published by Lamarr Inc. You can ask us to delete your account here without signing in. We verify the request with the email address on the account, then delete it within 30 days and email you when it is done.

If you no longer have the app, or you would rather not sign in, use the form below.Your organization's water systems, devices and sensor data belong to the organization and stay available to its other members. Deleting your account removes you from the organization; it does not delete the organization's systems or history.
We keep billing and tax records, and a history of actions and alerts, for a set period because the law requires it and because the safety record of a water system matters to the people who depend on it. These records are not used to contact you.
If your organization bills through you, our team will hand the organization off to another member, or close it, before deleting your account. If no one takes over billing, the organization's subscriptions are canceled without proration or refund.
Fill in the form and we will take it from there. We only need enough to find your account and confirm it is yours. We will never ask for your password.
All requests are completed within 30 days. You will get a confirmation email right away and another when the deletion is done.
